Terms
Last updated:
These Terms govern your use of use402.io, including publishing listings and paying for boosts. By using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Rules. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
use402.io provides a discovery leaderboard for x402 products and AiFi projects. It includes user submissions and imported catalog entries. Payments affect ranking, and some imported entries have assigned ranking amounts rather than actual payments.
Listings and placement are not verification, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy or use a product. We do not guarantee rank, traffic, sales, returns, or the accuracy or availability of third-party products.
Your wallet and authority
You must have the legal capacity and authority to use the service and submit a listing. If acting for an organization, you must be authorized to act on its behalf.
You are responsible for securing your wallet, checking signature requests, and reviewing the recipient, amount, and network before approving a transaction. Never share your seed phrase or private keys. Signing in proves control of a wallet; it does not verify ownership of a business or its website.
Your listings
You retain your rights in the content you submit. You grant use402.io a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to host, display, reproduce, and format that content to operate the directory, its public API, and daily archives.
You must have the necessary rights to submitted names, descriptions, logos, and links, and your submissions must not be deceptive or unlawful. Imported metadata belongs to its respective rights holders; importing it does not imply a commercial relationship.
Do not submit scams, malware, impersonation, infringing material, or content that promotes unlawful activity. Do not exploit the service, manipulate activity counts, or bypass access and payment checks.
Payments and refunds
Payments are real transfers of SOL for a listing or an additional boost. Network fees are separate, SOL values can fluctuate, and processing or confirmation may be delayed. A blockchain transfer and its recording on the leaderboard are separate steps.
Completed listings and boosts are generally final and non-refundable, including when another listing overtakes yours or results fall short of expectations. Failed fulfillment and duplicate payments are subject to review; a refund is not automatic. Any remedy required by applicable law remains available.
If SOL was sent but the listing or boost has not completed, preserve the transaction signature and use the pending-payment recovery option when available. Do not send a second payment merely to retry recording the first. Blockchain transfers cannot be reversed by use402.io; any approved refund would require a separate transfer.
Moderation and availability
We may correct or remove content, restrict abusive use, or suspend access to protect the service, enforce these Terms, or comply with law. Payment does not prevent moderation, and mandatory refund or consumer rights still apply.
We may update features or ranking rules and may interrupt or discontinue the service. We do not promise uninterrupted access or permanent placement. Daily archives may retain historical listing information.
External services and responsibility
Third-party websites, wallets, blockchain networks, and products operate under their own terms and policies. You are responsible for evaluating them before connecting a wallet, sharing information, or making a payment.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available, without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. To that same extent, use402.io is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or opportunities.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, or limits mandatory consumer protections.
Changes to these Terms
The last-updated date identifies this version. Revised Terms will be posted here and apply prospectively; changes do not remove rights already accrued or replace any notice or consent required by law.
